This is an investors report to show you how the Lord has been using your generosity this year to impact young people in American and literally all over this world! Katie and I are so honored to share this with you, as you have made this possible with your prayers and generosity!

Pathway To Freedom
2024 started with writing 3 different books to continue equipping churches to reach and disciple youth with PROJECT 13. You might remember we have planned 24 trimesters in the Pathway to Freedom series, taking a youth from 13 years old all the way to 21 years old and 6 of them are already in use by early adopter churches.
Navigating the Media Jungle; Breaking the addiction to Distraction.
We completed Trimester 5 this year titled Navigating the Media Jungle; Breaking the addiction to Distraction. This will be coming out later in 2025, along with a parent reader version written separately as well.
Remarkable Church
We also wrote a new book for pastors and church leaders titled Remarkable Church, which I am using as a textbook this fall as I teach a required course at Oral Roberts University for the Master of Divinity Students. The chapters are given to them in electronic version as the actual book will be coming out in 2026.
To add to that momentum, we have signed an exhaustive publishing deal with Broadstreet Publishing (the same publisher of The Passion Translation Bible) for the while series of book and the textbook! They really believe in the vision of PROJECT 13.
This year has been filled with lots of traveling sharing the vision to church leaders and training churches to dramatically impact the youth in their region!

South Africa
We were able to share Project 13 with Bishops and movement leaders from 20 African countries. They were so full of Hope that they CAN reach their youth, as we unpacked for them these best-practices that we learned from all over the world! We had the discipleship books (Pathway to Freedom) printed in advance, and ready for leaders to take back to their countries. We are now discussing with many of them when we might come to do training in their respective countries.

Zambia
Returned there to follow up on the training we did last year and churches that have begun to implement Project 13.
Eswatini (formerly Swaziland)
We trained pastors from all over the country hosted by Bishop Kasero and his wife Her Royal Highness Princess Lindiwe the sister to the present king of Eswatini.
Kenya
We had the opportunity to train the National Next Gen team for the Assemblies of God for Kenya (about 6000 churches!) they are very open to implementing PROJECT 13 and we are now discussing next steps.
Germany
We spent 2 days training the leaders form the largest and most influential church in Germany all about PROJECT 13, and shared in the church on Sunday. We are now discussing the translation and printing o the books in German, so youth can begin the discipleship process.
Scotland
We are hosted their by Pastor Jason Cask, as we presented the masterclass training for his and various other churches.
Translation into the Urdu language has also begun for all those from Pakistan!
Indonesia
We have had 2 trimesters translated into Bahasa Indonesian and printed for a church conference there. The leader of a IGHG movement of 5000 churches, Pastor Sammy Hartanto wants to embrace and implement PROJCT 13 for his church and across the entire movement! We are discussing now me coming to do a national tour there for pastors to quip and train them in the tools for impacting their youth!

USA
We have been training and coaching vis ZOOM calls various churches throughout the year, and seen some amazing impact.
One of them is Wave church in Virginia Beach with 5 campuses in various cities implementing PROJECT 13:
- They start training their first group of 40 young leaders in the spring
- In June used their camp to bring more youth to Christ, and then enlisted 209 more students into PATHWAY TO FREEDOM discipleship
- This Fall they initiated round 3 of discipleship (so the original students in the first group are now going their Trimester 3
- Getting ready for their next Epic Event in December praying to double the size of their youth group!

In addition, I have been traveling all over the country this Fall speaking to hundreds of pastors at various leadership training events all over the nation! Many are starting to enlist their church in PROJECT 13, hope is filling their hearts as they s that there is actually a proven framework for long term impact of the young generation!

Surge 2025!
UP TO 1000 CHURCHES TO HOST EVENT TO IMPACT 100,000 YOUTH OF AMERICA
After 25 years of hosting Acquire the Fire events all over North America, with three million attendees, a number of leaders have commented that there is a vacuum when it comes to mass evangelism of America’s youth.
After testing a “live to tape” theater event in 2013 called SURGE, in partnership with Screen Vision and Allied Media, we were able to utilize 600 movie theater screens with 38,000 youth attending, we had amazing feedback from the attendees and youth pastors.
URGENCY IS NOW
It is undeniable that in the past 5-10 years the culture has declared war on destroying the youth of North America. When we look to all the carnage in the values that social media is immersing our young people in, as well as the LGBTQ influence in schools, and pervasive binge-watching Netflix series with debased morals, now more than ever our youth need a cutting-edge experience that will help them encounter God in a fresh way.
Vision
THEME: Navigating the Media Jungle; Breaking the Addition to Distraction will be the theme of this one-of-a-kind event, which will coincide with a trade book of the same name and youth discipleship book dealing with the same issue releasing in fall 2025.
During the event, as we use high tech tools, connect to their phones, celebrities, musicians, comedians and deliver a heart wrenching message, we will help the young people come face to face with how social media is intentionally aiming to get them addicted to endorphins, compel them to be selfie-driven, and shapes their minds and hearts with values and lifestyles all in the name of entertainment.
Because of the very real felt need of the slavery to media of many forms, youth workers and parents will have great motivation to bring their youth.
Marketing
BOOK RELEASE TOUR: Ron Luce will be canvassing both secular and Christian media outlets starting the summer of 2025 with TV appearances, podcases, articles.
Engaging Pastors and Youth Pastors: NOT JUST AN EVENT. A national campaign will be unleashed to the Youth leaders of North America in January 2025, to enlist the faithful members of their youth group to begin training them to become disciple-makers with tools provided by PROJECT 13. As they prepare their young leaders for 12 weeks before SURGE, they will be training to make disciples for those unchurched friends who come to Christ at SURGE.
THE GOAL
- Equip 1000 churches with PROJECT 13 tools to reach and disciple the next generation.
- Train 10,000 young teen leaders in advance to be disciple-makers in these churches to engage all the New Followers of Jesus after the event.
- Host up to100,000 youth in churches nationwide seeing many thousands come to Christ that night!
- Coach churches after the event with Zoom coaching to help them implement the Deep-Dive Discipleship tools for the next 6 months, using assessments every 4 weeks to measure the effectiveness of the discipleship process.
THE PROCESS
- Prepare fall of 2024 to begin in January 2025 to host regular online webinars for youth leaders to inspire and equip them for a new wave of youth ministry.
- Invite churches to be a Host site for SURGE.
- Masterclass training for all host leaders for new wineskin of transformational process in youth ministry called PROJECT 13.
- National training for all 10,000 young leaders in their youth groups to begin a 12-week training process to help them become disciple-makers.
- Have youth register in advance to attend each event.
- Host revolutionary event called SURGE, training young people to disengage from media long enough to hear God each day, and see many become Followers of Jesus.
- After the event, help churches implement their training with full court press, to engage youth in a daily growth strategy for the next 6 months.
BUDGET
- Vision casting for Pastors and Youth pastors across the nation
- Training churches to capture the hearts of unchurched in their region.
- Training 10,000 young leaders in the churches that will host SURGE.
- All the promo materials each church will need to prepare to host (videos, posters etc.)
- Preparing all discipleship tools to arrive in time
- Production costs of the actual event
- All the hand holding, before and after the event to ensure churches are effectively reaching and discipling including, e mail campaigns, phone calls, zoom calls, coaching.
